Gabana
Calle María de Molina, 39 · Chamartín
Opened in 1996 under the Wellington hotel and was Spain's most selective club for two decades: Cristiano Ronaldo, Shakira, Bruce Willis and Salma Hayek all passed through its booths. It closed in 2018 and reopened in 2024 on María de Molina, keeping the selective door and table-service feel. Still one of the toughest doors in Madrid.
Why it ranks #10: History and a name of its own, though the current room is smaller than the original.
