Key facts
It is rare for Madrid to get the same headliner two nights in a row. Alexis & Fido, the Puerto Rican duo known as "los reyes del perreo" (the kings of perreo), top the bill on Friday 16 October at the Madrid No Descansa and PerreoLab party at Rubicon, and do it again on Saturday 17 at Teatro Magno, at PerreoLab's night. Two venues, two age limits and two vibes: here is which one suits your group.
Who are Alexis & Fido
Raúl Alexis Ortiz (Alexis) and Joel Martínez (Fido) formed the duo in 2002 in Cayey, Puerto Rico. Their first album, "The Pitbulls" (2005), reached number one on Billboard's Top Latin Albums chart and went gold. It gave us "El Tiburón" and "¡Eso, ehh!", which spent ten straight weeks in the top 10 of the Hot Latin Songs chart.
Then came "Soy igual que tú", nominated for the Latin Grammy for Best Urban Song in 2008, "Ojos que no ven" and "Rompe la cintura", and albums such as "Sobrenatural", "Perreología" and "La esencia", with Daddy Yankee, Maluma and Don Omar among their collaborators. "The kings of perreo" is not just a poster line: it was the title of their 2006 compilation.
Two nights in a row with the same headliners: Friday in the Salamanca district, Saturday in a hundred-year-old theatre.
Friday 16: Rubicon, with Madrid No Descansa
Friday night is put on by Madrid No Descansa, one of the brands with the most parties in Madrid every week, together with PerreoLab. It takes place at Rubicon, a club in the Salamanca district on Calle del Cid, next to Paseo de Recoletos, and it is 21+.

Viernes Rubicon X Alexis & Fido
The night for a group where everyone is already 21.
Includes: Entry + 1 drink until 1:30am. After that, entry only
Tickets →Saturday 17: Teatro Magno, with PerreoLab
PerreoLab is a reggaeton party that runs its nights at Teatro Magno and has two Halloween parties on 31 October: one at the same venue and another at Las Ventas. On Saturday the headliners are Alexis & Fido, and the party is 18+.

Alexis & Fido X Perreolab
The one to pick if someone in your group is under 21.
Includes: 2 drinks until 1am; 1 drink from 1am to 2am; entry only after that
Tickets →Teatro Magno is a hundred-year-old theatre between Sol and Gran Vía that has been a cinema, a cabaret and even a women's pelota court. It keeps its red velvet, boxes and curtain, and the stalls become the dancefloor. For an artist night, few places in Madrid have this much character.
Tickets: prices and what they include
Both are sold at the official box office in tiers that go up as each one sells out. You have each night's price above, under "Key facts", and on its card, checked every day. At Teatro Magno, the first €25 tickets have already sold out.
What each ticket includes, in the venue's own words:
- Rubicon (Friday): "Entry + 1 drink until 1:30am. After that, entry only".
- Teatro Magno (Saturday): "2 drinks until 1am; 1 drink from 1am to 2am; entry only after that".
If there are six or more of you, look at the VIP tables too. On a normal Saturday (10 October), the cheapest table for six at Teatro Magno was €250; on an artist night it can cost more, and that night's price is on the same official ticket page. Everything else is in our VIP tables guide.
Friday or Saturday?
- If someone in the group is 18, 19 or 20: Saturday, at Teatro Magno. Rubicon is 21+.
- If you want a stage: Teatro Magno is a real theatre, with boxes and a curtain.
- If the Salamanca district suits you better: Friday, at Rubicon, by Colón.
- If you want both: you can. They are separate parties, each with its own ticket.
Getting there and back
Rubicon is at Calle del Cid 7, next to Paseo de Recoletos; the nearest metro is Colón (line 4). Teatro Magno is at Calle de Cedaceros 7, a short walk from Sevilla and Banco de España stations (line 2).
Getting home is the hard part: the metro closes around 1:30am and reopens at 6am, right when both parties end. In between there are night buses (búhos), most of which leave from Cibeles, a few minutes' walk from both venues, plus taxis and ride-hailing apps.
More plans this week
On Thursday 15, Bresh, "the most beautiful party in the world", is back at Fitz: everything you need to know. And if you are already thinking about the 31st, the Halloween parties are on sale; several go up in price these days.
If you miss out: other parties on Friday 16 · 8 parties
And other parties on Saturday 17 · 8 parties
